This German partner is dedicated to planting specific trees designed to support the ecological transition and meet the commitments of the Climate Pact. These trees have exceptional characteristics: they absorb COâ‚‚ ten times faster than average and generate oxygen at an equally tenfold rate, making a significant contribution to the fight against climate change.

This collaborator designs innovative passive house concepts, made from this characterful wood.

The project is now at an advanced stage. ESI supported the developer in validating its patent with the organizations responsible for building standards in Belgium.
Stage of project
ESI is actively promoting this innovative concept to property developers, local authorities and leisure centre developers.
The first project, a leisure center to be built using this innovative concept, is scheduled for start-up at the end of 2025. This initiative represents a synergy between sustainable development, technological innovation and construction excellence, responding to the needs of a fast-changing market.
