About Eric Alira

Eric Alira is Eric Alira is the co-founder and president of the non-governmental organization EcoSphere International (ESI).

A former member of the Lower Silesian Regional Parliament in Poland, he served as Vice-president of the Foreign Affairs Committee before joining the European Parliament as a parliamentary assistant within the Development Committee (DEVE). His involvement in the work of the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly has allowed him to gain in-depth expertise in European development policy and international cooperation, a valuable asset for ESI's mission and vision.
 

Thanks to his extensive network and natural ability to build strategic relationships, Eric Alira has formed strong partnerships with many key stakeholders on the African continent, in Poland and in Brussels. He put his passion and expertise setting up EcoSphere international to promote climate protection measures and support sustainable economic development worldwide. He is convinced that economic development and sustainability can go hand in hand , with the right partners.
